"ISLA ISABEL"
Isabel Island is located 38 miles northwest of the archipelago of Islas Marias and 46 miles northwest of the port of San Blas, by sea. The nearest point to the reserve is Camichin Boca, one of the nicest beaches along the coast of Nayarit.
It is regarded as "ecological reserve" for their special ecological characteristics that allow it to retain a diversity of populations of organisms, and one of the main areas in the Pacific Ocean for nesting seabirds, among which are the Tijereta, and several kinds of bird called Bobo, among which the blue legs, yellow legs and red legs, there are equally migratory species as pericote, tropicbirds, gulls, pelicans and swallow, and some kinds of reptiles, including predominate iguanas.
